What’s in it for you?
Over three years for this Level 3 Apprenticeship programme, you will become a vital member of the team in one of our thriving, Volkswagen Approved Paint and Body Centres.
You will get to work with the latest technology and learn from experts so that you will gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours to succeed in both your apprenticeship and career with us.
During your apprenticeship you will learn using a combination of training methods including block release training at our state of the art training centre in Milton Keynes and remote learning using our Virtual Classroom platforms. You will be encouraged to apply and practise all you have learnt in your training in your day-to-day work.
Hotel accommodation for the block release training is provided nearby to the centre. There are a range of evening activities on offer throughout the week. Your meals will also be provided every day. We have a duty of care to all our apprentices, so you will have access to a safeguarding contact to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable stay during your training.
A designated mentor will also be provided by your place of work to ensure that you get the experience that you need to succeed and your dedicated Assessor Coach will support you from the start of your programme through to your graduation.
On successful completion of your apprenticeship English learners will receive:
- Level 3 Vehicle Damage Paint Technician Apprenticeship Standard
- Volkswagen Group Paint and Body certifications
On successful completion of your apprenticeship, learners across Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will receive:
- A nationally recognised qualification (VCQ / SVQ)
- Functional skills qualifications
- Volkswagen Group Paint and Body certifications
